Aftersales Jobs UK
Increasingly important in today’s business world, brand loyalty to a company’s goods and services is often determined by the aftersales workforce, as much as by those involved in designing, creating and selling products. Aftersales jobs occur at various levels, including trainee advisors, managers and executive directors.
This is an area of work that deals directly with customers – some jobs are proactive, and aftersales personnel contact customers to inquire about their experience of a product they have purchased; others are reactive, and involve handling problems customers may have encountered.
In both cases the aim is to achieve customer satisfaction, so excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
